Make sure that at least two fingers always fit between the neck and the product. To calculate the right size, add this distance to the measurement of the neck. Not sure about the size? Please feel free to contact us ..
We recommend washing the accessories by hand in lukewarm water with mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener! Dry the hardware immediately with a soft cloth and allow the product to dry. This will affect the hardware the least. Do not put the products in the dryer. Likewise, the products should not be ironed.
Metal hardware scratches over time. To minimise scratches and avoid major damage, we recommend not wearing large pendants on the products. Wash the products by hand only. In addition, we recommend taking the products off when swimming or playing. This way they will stay beautiful the longest.
If you have chosen for the option 'shipping with tracking code', you will receive a track and trace code from DHL or DPD. If you do not pay for shipping or choose one of the other options, you will not receive a track and trace code. In this case, you will find your package in your mailbox within a few days!
The order confirmation may have landed in your email spam folder. If you still haven't received an order confirmation, please contact us.
You can pay by direct bank transfer, Paypal, credit card or several other methods. If one of these payment methods is not possible for you, please contact us. We will look for possibilities together.
