How much are the delivery costs?
- Orders with shipment tracking within Germany: €4.99*
- from €7.95* If you are ordering from outside the EU, please take into account any additional costs incurred when importing products from another country. We ship the products DAP, excluding customs duties, import fees, VAT, etc. These costs are for you as the buyer.
*The shipping costs are always charged to the buyer and are determined as an average value by a flat-rate calculation.
Who pays the costs of the return shipment?
The cost of returning the products is always at the buyer's expense. The costs depend on the offer of the delivery service provider you have chosen. We recommend shipping with tracking so that you always know where your package is.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Under normal circumstances, our products are delivered within 2 to 6 working days. Of course, shipping depends on the shipping service provider. In the event of high parcel volumes, special public holidays, etc., shipping may be delayed so that the parcel arrives a little later. Unfortunately, we cannot influence how busy the postal service is and therefore the delivery of an order may take longer. Within Germany, shipments are sent by Deutsche Post and DHL.
Within/outside the EU, orders are normally delivered within 2 to 14 working days. This again depends on how busy the shipping service provider is. Within the EU, shipments are sent with DHL and DPD.
Which products can I return and which not?
You can return or exchange all products in their original condition within 14 days - valid from the day the parcel is received.
Getragene Produkte und gebrauchte Hundespielzeuge sind vom Umtausch und der Zurückgabe ausgeschlossen. Bitte miss deinen Hund vor der Bestellung gut aus, um Rücksendungen zu vermeiden. Verfärbungen, Schmutz, Haare und Fremdgerüche sind inakzeptabel und werden in diesen Fällen nicht zurückgenommen.
How does the returns procedure work?
1. if you want to return something, first send us an email to info@tedsandtails.de or send us a message on Instagram with the information that you want to return or exchange a product.
2. as soon as we have replied and provided you with our delivery address, please download the return form from our website and fill it out. Send this form to us together with the returned products. We do not accept returns without the return form!
3. pack the products you want to return well and securely so that they arrive undamaged. Fill the return form completely, put it in your return package and send the package to the address we gave you in the reply to your e-mail.
4. take the parcel to a post office of your choice. Here you will receive a proof of shipment. Keep this until the return shipment has been fully processed. This is your proof that the parcel has actually been sent and can be requested in the event of loss during transportation.
5. once we have processed the return, we will refund the amount to the account number/Paypal account you provided on the return form. If you have not received your refund after 14 days or have not heard from us, please contact us!
