If the customer pays by means of a payment method offered by PayPal that can be selected in the online ordering process, the seller already declares acceptance of the customer's offer at the time the customer clicks the button that completes the ordering process.<\/p><p><b>2.6<\/b>\u00a0When an offer is made via the Seller's online order form, the text of the contract shall be stored by the Seller after the conclusion of the contract and transmitted to the Customer in text form (e.g. e-mail, fax or letter) after the Customer has sent his order. The Seller shall not make the text of the contract accessible beyond this. The customer must ensure that the e-mail address provided by him for order processing is correct so that e-mails sent by the seller can be received at this address. Bestellungen k\u00f6nnen per Instagram-DM oder per E-Mail (<a rel=\"noreferrer\">info@tedsandtails.de<\/a>) aufgegeben werden. Nach Erhalt der Bestellung wird eine Online-Bestellung erstellt und die Rechnung per E-Mail zugesandt.<\/p><p>Die Zahlung muss innerhalb von 7 Werktagen nach Erhalt der Rechnung erfolgen. Nach Eingang der Zahlung werden die bestellten Produkte versandt. Sollte die Zahlung nicht innerhalb der 7 Werktage erfolgen, wird die Bestellung storniert. Eine Reservierung von Produkten \u00fcber die 7 Werktage hinaus ist nicht m\u00f6glich. Insbesondere bei Produkten mit begrenzter Haltbarkeit (z.B. Snacks) und bei begrenztem Lagerbestand ist eine l\u00e4ngere Reservierung ausgeschlossen. Nach Ablauf der Zahlungsfrist werden die Produkte wieder im Online-Shop verf\u00fcgbar gemacht.<\/p><p>Alle nicht bezahlten Produkte bleiben Eigentum von TED&#8217;S &amp; TAILS. Wenn der Kunde \u201cVersand ohne Sendungsverfolgung\u201d gew\u00e4hlt hat und das P\u00e4ckchen\/Paket versehentlich durch den Versanddienstleister verloren geht (gilt auch f\u00fcr R\u00fccksendungen), kann der Verk\u00e4ufer nicht zur Verantwortung gezogen werden und es wird kein Geld zur\u00fcck\u00fcberwiesen oder ein Ersatzprodukt zugeschickt.&nbsp;Leider k\u00f6nnen wir nicht beeinflussen, wie stark die Post ausgelastet ist und daher kann die Zustellung einer Bestellung l\u00e4nger dauern.<\/p>\n<p><b>5.2<\/b>&nbsp;Handelt der Kunde als Unternehmer, geht die Gefahr des zuf\u00e4lligen Untergangs und der zuf\u00e4lligen Verschlechterung der verkauften Ware auf den Kunden \u00fcber, sobald der Verk\u00e4ufer die Sache dem Spediteur, dem Frachtf\u00fchrer oder der sonst zur Ausf\u00fchrung der Versendung bestimmten Person oder Anstalt ausgeliefert hat. Handelt der Kunde als Verbraucher, geht die Gefahr des zuf\u00e4lligen Untergangs und der zuf\u00e4lligen Verschlechterung der verkauften Ware grunds\u00e4tzlich erst mit \u00dcbergabe der Ware an den Kunden oder eine empfangsberechtigte Person \u00fcber. Abweichend hiervon geht die Gefahr des zuf\u00e4lligen Untergangs und der zuf\u00e4lligen Verschlechterung der verkauften Ware auch bei Verbrauchern bereits auf den Kunden \u00fcber, sobald der Verk\u00e4ufer die Sache dem Spediteur, dem Frachtf\u00fchrer oder der sonst zur Ausf\u00fchrung der Versendung bestimmten Person oder Anstalt ausgeliefert hat, wenn der Kunde den Spediteur, den Frachtf\u00fchrer oder die sonst zur Ausf\u00fchrung der Versendung bestimmte Person oder Anstalt mit der Ausf\u00fchrung beauftragt und der Verk\u00e4ufer dem Kunden diese Person oder Anstalt zuvor nicht benannt hat. Wenn der Kunde &#8220;Versand ohne Sendungsverfolgung&#8221; gew\u00e4hlt hat und das P\u00e4ckchen\/Paket versehentlich durch den Versanddienstleister verloren geht (gilt auch f\u00fcr R\u00fccksendungen), kann der Verk\u00e4ufer nicht zur Verantwortung gezogen werden und es wird kein Geld zur\u00fcck\u00fcberwiesen oder ein Ersatzprodukt zugeschickt.&nbsp;Leider k\u00f6nnen wir nicht beeinflussen, wie stark die Post ausgelastet ist und daher kann die Zustellung einer Bestellung l\u00e4nger dauern.<\/p>\n<p><b style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">5.3<\/b><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">&nbsp;The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of incorrect or improper self-delivery. This shall only apply in the event that the seller is not responsible for the non-delivery and the seller has concluded a specific covering transaction with the supplier with due diligence.
